Not for emergencies

Our clinical services are available to adults aged 18 and older who are physically located in a state in which we are licensed (currently Arizona, Oregon, Maryland, and Washington) at the time of the visit. By requesting services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Patient accounts
If you create a patient portal account, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
